- Vorinclex on the battlefield.
- Three Blind Mice in your graveyard.
- Anikthea in hand or in the command zone.

Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Cast Anikthea either from your hand or from the command zone by paying and commander tax, if applicable.
- 2When Anikthea enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Three Blind Mice from your graveyard and creating a token copy of it that is a 3/3 Zombie in addition to its other types.
- 3The Three Blind Mice token enters the battlefield with two lore counters on it due to Vorinclex, triggering its first and second chapter abilities.
- 4Resolve the first Three Blind Mice trigger, creating a 1/1 Mouse creature token.
- 5Resolve the second Three Blind Mice trigger, creating a token copy of the Three Blind Mice token.
- 6Repeat from step 3.
