Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Activate Vish Kal by sacrificing Cathodion.
- 2Cathodion triggers, adding
. - 3Resolve the Vish Kal ability, putting 3 +1/+1 counters on it.
- 4Activate Vish Kal by sacrificing your persist/undying creature.
- 5The creature's persist/undying ability triggers, returning it to the battlefield with a vigilance counter and the appropriate choice of a +1/+1 or -1/-1 counter.
- 6Resolve the Vish Kal ability, putting a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
- 7Activate Tayam by paying
and removing both counters from your persist/undying creature and one counter from another creature, millling three cards and returning Cathodion from your graveyard to the battlefield. - 8Repeat.
