- Denry Klin has at least one +1/+1 counter on it. River Kelpie does not have a -1/-1 counter on it.
Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing River Kelpie, adding
. - 2River Kelpie dies, triggering its persist ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
- 3River Kelpie enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Denry Klin.
- 4Resolve the River Kelpie trigger, causing you to draw a card.
- 5Resolve the Denry Klin trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on River Kelpie.
- 6Repeat.
