What do I need to start this combo?
- All permanents on the battlefield.
- Hell's Caretaker does not have summoning sickness. It is your upkeep step.
Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1During your upkeep, activate Teardrop Kami by sacrificing it, targeting Hell's Caretaker.
- 2When Teardrop Kami dies, Blight Mound triggers, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token.
- 3Resolve the Teardrop Kami trigger, untapping Hell's Caretaker.
- 4Activate Hell's Caretaker by tapping it and sacrificing the Pest, targeting Teardrop Kami.
- 5When the Pest dies, it triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
- 6Resolve the Hell's Caretaker ability, returning Teardrop Kami from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- 7Repeat.
