What do I need to start this combo?
- Nevinyrral in hand or in the command zone.
- Rooftop Storm and Cloudstone Curio on the battlefield.
- At least one creature has died this turn. You have enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable.
Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Cast Nevinyrral either from your hand or the command zone by paying
plus commander tax, if applicable. - 2Nevinyrral enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Cloudstone Curio.
- 3Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, choosing to return nothing to your hand from the battlefield.
- 4Resolve the Nevinyrral trigger, creating a tapped 2/2 Zombie creature token for each creature that has died this turn.
- 5Each Zombie enters the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio that many times.
- 6Resolve the first Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Nevinyrral to your hand from the battlefield.
- 7Resolve each remaining Cloudstone Curio trigger, choosing to return nothing to your hand from the battlefield.
- 8Repeat.
