    What do I need to start this combo?

    • Marut in hand.
    • Chatterfang and Cloudstone Curio on the battlefield.
    • You control at least eight Treasures.

  • Steps

    How does this combo work?

    • 1
      Activate eight Treasures you control by tapping and sacrificing them, adding {8}.
    • 2
      Cast Marut by paying {8}.
    • 3
      Marut enters the battlefield, creating eight Treasure tokens and eight 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens.
    • 4
      The eight Squirrel tokens enter the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio that many times.
    • 5
      Resolve the first Cloudstone Curio trigger, choosing to return Marut from the battlefield to your hand.
    • 6
      Resolve all remaining Cloudstone Curio triggers, choosing to return nothing from the battlefield to your hand.
    • 7
      Repeat.
