How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Nicol Bolas using Jace's third ability by removing five loyalty counters from it. |
2 | If Nicol Bolas has zero loyalty, it dies as a state-based action. |
3 | Resolve the Nicol Bolas ability, creating two token copies of Nicol Bolas that aren't legendary. |
4 | Activate a Nicol Bolas token by putting zero loyalty counter on it, putting a loyalty counters on the other Nicol Bolas token. |
5 | Repeat from step 1 using the second Nicol Bolas token. |
