How does this combo work?
- 1Activate Xenagos' first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, adding

and tapping it, allowing you an additional activation of each of your planeswalkers this turn. - 3Activate Teferi's first loyalty ability by putting two loyalty counters on it, untapping The Chain Veil.
