Activate Ral Zarek's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, tapping any permanent and untapping Gilded Lotus.

Activate The Chain Veil by paying and tapping it, allowing you an additional activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.

Repeat any number of times.

Once you have infinite mana, you no longer need to untap Gilded Lotus, allowing you to activate Ral Zarek's and Tezzeret the Seeker's other abilities (alternating each turn).
