How does this combo work?

- 3Resolve the Niv-Mizzet trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target.
- 4Resolve the Locust God trigger, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste.
- 5The Insect enters the battlefield, triggering Intruder Alarm, untapping all creatures.
- 6Repeat.
