How does this combo work?
- 1Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Murderous Redcap.
- 2Murderous Redcap's persist ability triggers, returning itself to the battlefield.
- 3Anafenza and Murderous Redcap trigger.
- 4Resolve the Anafenza trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Murderous Redcap.
- 5Resolve the Murderous Redcap trigger, dealing damage equal to its power to any target.
- 6Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill two cards.
- 7Repeat.
