- There's a creature card in your graveyard with mana value 4 or less.

Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Cast Lively Dirge by paying
plus an additional 
to select its second mode, targeting a card in your graveyard. - 2Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
- 3When Dualcaster Mage enters, it and Blasting Station trigger, with Dualcaster Mage targeting Lively Dirge.
- 4Resolve the Blasting Station trigger, untapping it.
- 5Holding priority, activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Dualcaster Mage.
- 6Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, copying Lively Dirge
- 7Resolve the Lively Dirge copy, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- 8Repeat from step 3.
