Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Gain any amount of life.
- 2Light of Promise triggers, putting a number of +1/+1 counters on Scurry Oak equal to the amount of life gained.
- 3Scurry Oak triggers, creating a 1/1 Squirrel creature token.
- 4The Squirrel enters the battlefield, triggering Verdant Sun's Avatar, causing you to gain 1 life.
- 5Repeat from step 2.
