- Enough mana available to cast both Selective Memory and Primal Surge (the casting can be split over two turns).

How does this combo work?
- 1Cast Selective Memory, exiling all non-permanent cards from your library.
- 2Cast Primal Surge, putting all cards from your library onto the battlefield.
- 3Win the game the next time you would draw a card (immediately if there are any triggered/activated abilities from permanents upon Primal Surge's resolution).
